smart is a thief?

Hi guys, I heard from the rumors SMART is a thief? Why thief? Lot of people are complaining about the SMART LOAD ALL TEXT 20 they purchase because when you load all text 20 it means you can text 90 messages from smart to smart and 10 text messages from smart to other networks. Yeah it is so affordable, but the problem is the SMART LOAD ALL TEXT 20 you purchase will ended up with a few text messages only. The 100 text messages load has not been totaly used or consumed by the people who are purchasing the SMART LOAD ALL TEXT 20. That’s why the people who are using SMART sim is looking for an answer why the SMART LOAD ALL TEXT 20 is not working and the people are asking for an refund or repay for this problem. I hope the SMART company will looking forward regarding on this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.
